1. Field Maintenance Engineer - Iraq

THE RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD COVER:

• Develop, review and update the preventive maintenance program of all wellheads, pipelines, and facilities including major rotating equipment using
  performance, vibration, breakdown history and/or manufacturer recommended maintenance intervals as required
• Manage tenders and bidding processes of maintenance projects.
• Train maintenance employees to carry out specialized duties.
• Inspect equipment to identify operational inefficiency and facilitate optimization.
• Perform periodic maintenance and routine calibration of mechanical, electrical, instrumentations and pneumatic systems.
• Manage the process of disposal of worn-out/damaged equipment as well as the installation of new equipment.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to ensure an efficient workforce.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify possible hazard around facilities or premises.
• Design and implement programs for effective maintenance operations ..
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets to meet set objectives.
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary, to ensure availability of required resources.
• Maintain accurate record of maintenance operations and update monthly reports of daily activities.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Qualified Engineer with specialization in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in operations
  of upstream oil and gas facilities.
• Previous work experience in similar position for at least 5 years within the multicultural and diverse work environment.
• Must have experience to tackle the emergency situations in accordance with (HSE) safety & compliance procedures.

2. Project Engineer

The primary role/ function of the Project Engineer is to plan and execute project scopes. The role requires the ability to work across teams, identify and drive problem resolution, interface and direct multiple project disciplines (e.g. safety, cost, schedule, quality, etc.), and communicate clearly to site teams, management, and contractor organizations.

THE RESPONSIBILITY WOULD COVER:

• Worked with assigned business unites to identify project requirements and coordinate development of Project Management System deliverables and reviews.
• Participate in development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection.
• Oversee engineering, execution planning, procurement, systems completion, and start up.
• Stewarding contractor’s performance, align key stakeholders, engage internal discipline experts.
• Coordinates project issues identification and resolution process.
• Ensure smooth transitions between project stages, across sites, and between key stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Civil or related field).
• 10-12 years’ experience within Upstream oil & gas industry.
• Committed to safety & environmental stewardship.
